I arrived as a marketing assistant and grew into a one-person marketing team early in my career. Year after year, I expanded my skills and renewed different parts of our marketing operation. I am proud of our new website and the improvements I introduced to support the sales team.

The first online courses ran in Teams through my personal Microsoft account. From there, we built the brand, customer journey and operations step by step - today e-learning, online payments, newsletters, social media, CRM and events work together.
I edited videos, used marketing platforms, helped organise events and built a complete brand through countless challenges. I learned first-hand what a business looks like from both the front and the back.

Building a website feels a little like interior design. I have helped independent professionals move into their first digital home, and I have worked on larger sites that handle orders and subscriptions. That extra touch that creates a strong first impression is what I personally enjoy bringing to every website project.
Journalism and content creation
I folded school newspapers while sitting in the hall, attended press events, edited videos and sampled life as an agency content producer. Over the years, my keyboard has seen articles, marketing copy, literary writing and radio-show outlines.
