A radio show, video magazine and school newspaper - plus a mentor who nudged me towards business. This is where I first learned that attention has to be earned.
Career journey
On my first working day, I sat nervously in front of a microphone.
The adventure began with school radio. My editor-in-chief and mentor encouraged me to study business. At college, I learned the foundations of marketing while also gaining editorial experience. I spent a summer interning at a marketing agency and wrote my thesis as a marketing strategy for a food retailer. My specialism then took shape at my first workplace, Eleven Ltd., and through Lélekvonal, the business I started with my partner. I am proud of this varied path that led me towards a vocation.

Socfest Magazine
Culture and technology, field reports and press events. This is where I learned how journalists receive press releases, before later learning how to send better ones as a marketer.

Content marketing, article writing and WordPress website building at a communications agency.

Eleven Ltd.
I grew from a junior hire into a one-person marketing team, building websites, catalogues, media monitoring, publications and dependable everyday systems.

The starting point
A microphone, a newsroom, curiosity
A radio show, video magazine and school newspaper were the beginning. Curiosity then led me through communications studies, cultural journalism and content marketing to complete corporate communications and business building. The same question has stayed with me for decades: how does an idea earn attention, a question become a story, and a story create a connection?
